Therapy for High-Achieving Women
You can be capable, successful, and still feel exhausted from holding it all together.
Therapy for women navigating burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, pressure and the feeling that they should always be doing more.
Striving doesn’t have to feel so heavy
You’ve spent much of your life learning how to achieve—to work hard, push through, and meet expectations. You’re capable, dependable, and probably the person others count on. But somewhere along the way, it may have started to feel like you’re only as good as what you accomplish.
Perfectionism, overthinking, and the pressure to keep it all together can make even a successful life feel exhausting. Therapy offers a place where you don’t have to perform—where we can slow things down, understand what’s driving the pressure, and figure out what you actually want.
Sound like you?
• You hold yourself to incredibly high standards—and rarely feel like it’s enough.
• Rest feels uncomfortable, unproductive, or even guilt-inducing.
• You struggle to turn off your inner critic, even when things are going well.
• You’re the capable one everyone relies on, but you’re tired of carrying so much.
• You find yourself wondering, Is this really how I want my life to feel?
It is possible to both strive for success and care for yourself along the way
My approach to working with WOMEN WHO ARE HIGH ACHIEVING
You have achieved so much and you should be proud of yourself! I do not want you to lose your drive, rather just re-align it to work with your values. My work is centered on helping you understand what’s underneath the drive to achieve, perform, and hold yourself to such high standards—without asking you to become less ambitious.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns underneath the pressure: perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, self-criticism, or the belief that your worth is tied to what you accomplish. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, get curious about what actually matters to you, and build a life that feels successful to you—not just one that looks successful from the outside.
Together, we’ll work on
Clarifying what actually matters to you—separate from expectations and “shoulds”
Building a healthier, more sustainable relationship with achievement
Quieting your inner critic without losing your motivation
Setting boundaries and making decisions with less guilt
Creating space for rest, relationships, and enjoyment without feeling unproductive
Addressing the deeper patterns driving anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout
FAQS
Common questions about therapy for high-achievers
-
Some stress can be motivating, and you don’t need to be in crisis for therapy to be helpful. Many of the women I work with are functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted underneath it all. Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns and make changes before you reach a breaking point.

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope will feel different. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and begin identifying the patterns or pressures that may be keeping you stuck. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on.

No. The goal isn’t to take away the parts of you that are motivated, capable, or ambitious. Instead, we’ll work toward helping your drive come from a healthier, more sustainable place—one that leaves room for rest, relationships, and a sense of self outside of what you accomplish.on

That’s more common than you might think. You can be grateful for your life and still feel anxious, dissatisfied, disconnected, or unsure of what you actually want. Therapy gives you space to explore that without judgment and build a life that feels meaningful to you and aligned with what you value, not just one that looks successful from the outside.
